This charming old farmhouse has a beautiful location in the village area "Dorf", which is part of the famous Bramberg am Wildkogel. The second and third floors of this farmhouse are entirely at your disposal. The entrance stairs lead directly to the centre of the house. The very cosy holiday home is lovingly furnished with lots of wood and the original and unique rural accents. The tiled stove is available for decoration only. The house is otherwise heated completely modern.

There are three bedrooms which are also fully furnished in style and two bathrooms. On the open mezzanine, which can be reached via an open staircase from the living room, is a second living room.
This room cannot be closed off with a door.


For the winter sports fanatic this house has a central location to the ski resorts Kirchberg-Kitzbühel (Panoramabahn gondola approx. 2 km) and Bramberg-Neukirchen (Emeraldbahn ski lift approx. 2 km). The ski bus leaves right in front of the door.
In spring, summer and autumn you can make the most beautiful hikes, bike or mountain bike tours through the unspoilt nature in this region. Want to cool down on a hot summer day? There is a swimming pool 500 meters away from the house. The famous Großglockner as well as the Krimmler Wasserfälle are nearby and both are certainly worth a visit!
