Holiday home Kitzbüheler Alpen is a tastefully furnished and spacious house, located in the hamlet of Dorf, in a versatile holiday region. It is equipped with a sauna and whirlpool and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The gondola is less than 1.5 km away.
In the living room, you can warm up by the soapstone stove and there is a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all amenities. You can start your day here together at the long dining table and enjoy a delicious breakfast and cup of coffee. The ground floor also has a bedroom with bathroom. This makes the house suitable for guests with reduced mobility as well. On the first floor you will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In one of these two bathrooms you will find wellness facilities. A lovely sauna where you can lie with three to four people and a whirlpool with Jet Streams and LED lighting. All bedrooms have a double bed with comfortable mattresses. In two of the bedrooms you will find an extra bunk bed. In addition, there is a ski storage room with ski boot warmers. A washing machine and dryer are also available. There are three parking spaces, one directly next to the house and two parking spaces about 50 meters away. One of these two parking spaces is covered. The homeowner has made arrangements with the local bakery "Bäckerei Ensmann" that sandwiches can be ordered via the bakery's website. The delivery address can be chosen as "Haus Kitzbuheler Alpen" and then the sandwiches will be delivered the following day.
For winter sports enthusiasts, this holiday home is also an ideal base. The Panorama cable car in Hollersbach, which takes you to the Kitzbühel Alps (215 km of slopes), is less than 1.5 km from the holiday home. At only 3 km, in the centre of Bramberg, the gondola takes you to the Wildkogel. Here you will find 70 km of well prepared slopes and Europe's longest floodlit toboggan run of no less than 14 km!
In the summer, you can enjoy the sun in the garden with a spacious terrace facing south-west. From here you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. In the neighbouring garden there are many fruit trees. This makes you feel like you're on a terrace situated in the middle of an orchard
