The modern double chalet is built in 2020 with high quality materials and in authentic Alpine design, which gives it an enormously cosy atmosphere. With its sunny south-facing location you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The chalet has a luxurious and comfortable interior, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, space for 3 cars (under two carports), a ski room and a private wellness area. The spacious sauna with loungers and rain shower provides a "feel-good atmosphere" and complete relaxation.
The chalet is situated in the cosy centre of Bramberg and near the valley station of the Smaragdbahn. The gondola, ski rental and ski school, several restaurants where you can après-ski or eat, the Spar supermarket and the centre are next door. For delicious fresh rolls you can walk to the bakery in just 1 minute.
Winter sports enthusiasts are at the right address here. The ski area has modern lifts and is snow-assured. Here you can enjoy a winter sports holiday from December to Easter. In addition, the ski resorts of the Kitzbühler Alpen and the Zillertal Arena are approximately 3 and 20 minutes away by car from Bramberg respectively. These areas can also be reached by free ski bus.
