Unique Lodge with sauna in the center of Kaprun

In the middle of one of the most beautiful holiday regions of Salzburgerland, in the centre of the famous Kaprun, you will find this unique double Lodge which is built from real tree trunks. The Lodge is a semidetached house, of which you occupy the left part alone.

The Lodge, which is located on the banks of the Kapruner Ache, is stylishly and luxuriously furnished.
Besides a spacious living room with open kitchen equipped with modern appliances, you have 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 special bathrooms. The highlight is a private sauna where you can relax after a strenuous day of skiing.

A maximum of 18 people can sleep in the Lodge, but it is more comfortable for 14 people because of the space.

If you come with more people or if you want more space, the left and right part can also be booked together. If both are available, there is room for up to 28-36 people. See house code AT.5700.21

The Lodge is an ideal starting point for your holiday. You can relax and enjoy the sauna, or prepare your own delicious meals to enjoy together. If you don't feel like cooking, you can reach a wide range of restaurants on foot in a few minutes.

Winter sports in Kaprun stand for guaranteed snow, cosiness and a wide range of possibilities. Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports area with many opportunities for skiing and snowboarding. This is possible with only one ski pass! Surrounded by no less than three ski areas, one of which has a glacier, there is no shortage of kilometres of slopes and snow. The glacier ensures that you can ski here almost all year round. The modern ski lift leads directly from the village to the glacier area! By the way, the ski bus stops right in front of the door and the ski lift is only about 600 m away
