Group house with sauna, balconies & waterfall views

At the edge of the beautiful Krimml, with a view of Europe's highest waterfalls, lies this detached holiday home. You live in this house all by yourself, so you have enough privacy. Ideal is the kitchen with a cosy 'Kachelofen' overlooking the waterfall. This kitchen is often used as an apres ski place in the winter and as a place for drinks in the summer months. Furthermore, there are 7 bedrooms, 2 of which are connected by a connecting door. There are also 3 bathrooms. There is room for 18 people: families, friends and relatives are all welcome, as is the faithful four-legged friend!

In winter, there is a practice field and playground for the beginners right in the neighbourhood. The free ski bus less than 100 metres from the house takes you in a short time to the great Zillertal Arena ski area. Krimml is also worth visiting in the other seasons. For example, go to the Hohe Tauern National Park for hiking or start directly on a hiking trail behind the house with a beautiful view of the village below.

Next to the house is a spacious garden and in the basement a nice relaxation room with a sauna, sun beds and a shower. Here you can relax.

There is a carport for 2 cars. Additional cars can be parked on the driveway in the garden. Charges for charging electric or hybrid cars (if possible) are always according to consumption and will be settled separately.
