This comfortable house is located in Krimml in Austria. Ideal is the living kitchen with a view of the waterfall. This kitchen is often used as an apres ski place in winter and as a place for drinks in summer. There is also a large living room with wood-fired tile oven where you can sit together. There are 5 bedrooms spread over 2 floors where a total of 14 people can stay, perfect for a family holiday. 2 bedrooms are connected by a connecting door. Moreover, it is allowed to bring pets. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the waterfall and the mountain landscape.

This house is very suitable for a holiday in winter as well as in summer. At only 100 m, the free ski bus stops, which will take you to the amazing Zillertal Arena ski area in no time. In the summer, you can go hiking and visit the highest waterfalls in Europe.

The pleasant house is well maintained. There is a relaxation room with sauna where you can relax. In the winter you can use the ski storage, while in the summer you can enjoy the lovely weather in the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a microwave.

The owner has a small flat in the basement, separated from the rest of the house, which is occasionally used privately. Naturally, privacy is guaranteed.
