In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare a delicious meal together, which you can eat in the spacious and cosy dining room. From the kitchen you can reach the spacious garden where you can enjoy the Austrian sun and make a snowman in the winter. On the other side of the house, you will find a spacious living room with a flat screen TV where you can relax.

The first bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, three bedrooms, one of which has 2 bunk beds, and an extra bathroom in the hallway. After a day in the mountains, you can completely relax in your own private sauna.
