Spacious house, sunny situated on ground floor

From this beautiful and completely renovated holiday home, you can walk straight into the centre of Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Neukirchen is a picturesque town with narrow, cosy streets. The holiday home has a sunny location and has three flats, each with its own floor. This flat is located on the ground floor, has its own entrance and is very spacious. There is a complete and modern kitchen. From the beautiful living room with sleeping possibility for 1 or 2 children on the double sofa bed, you have access to the other bedroom. This makes the house very well suited for a family with 1 or 2 children. The bathroom even has a bidet. There is a joint bicycle shed that can be used as ski shed in winter. To ensure dry and warm ski boots on the slopes the next day, there is also a ski boot warmer. Do you need groceries? Or don't feel like cooking yourself? Shopping possibilities and good restaurants with typical Austrian cuisine are within walking distance.
The ski lift is only a short distance from the holiday home. Are you on a ski holiday with small children? Then there is a drag lift for children. You can reach it on foot in five minutes. So you can return to the appartment with the children at noon. Then you can also comfortably use the ski bus, walking distance two minutes. With the Wildkogelbahn (6-seater gondola) you are in the heart of the Wildkogel-Arena in no time. Here you will find mainly broad slopes. An absolute highlight is the 14 km long (lit) toboggan run in neighbouring Bramberg. In addition, the region offers 45 kilometres of cross-country skiing trails, beautiful winter walks and an ice rink in the centre of Neukirchen.
In the summer you can enjoy magnificent mountain panoramas and lots of natural beauty. Hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding, it's all possible here
