This beautiful semi-detached chalet is quietly yet centrally located. From this holiday home you can reach the popular Zell am See and Kaprun in just a few minutes by car. Within walking distance you will find a bakery for delicious fresh rolls in the morning and several restaurants and a small supermarket. The luxury chalet, which is on the left side of this semi-detached house (as seen from the garden) and which you occupy completely on your own, is furnished in a modern "Alpine" style with a lot of wood and luxury materials. On the ground floor, the spacious living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen will allow you to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. From here, you have direct access to the lovely garden with attractive garden furniture, from where you have a wonderful view of the Hohe Tauern National Park. On the ground floor you will find the first bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor you will find three more bedrooms, a mezzanine with two beds (perfect for young guests) and two bathrooms. In total, 12 people can stay overnight. This makes the chalet ideal for families or friends travelling together.

Furthermore, the chalet has a balcony with seating and there are 4 parking spaces next to the chalet. After an active day in the mountains, you can fully relax in your own wellness area with modern Finnish sauna and rain shower.

For winter sports enthusiasts, this chalet has an ideal location. There are no less than 8 ski areas within 30 minutes' drive, including the snow-assured glacier on the Kitzsteinhorn. The nearest ski bus leaves at 400 metres from the chalet.

In summer, the swimming pool is only a 1-minute walk away and the Tauern cycle path starts right outside the door. Kaprun and Zell am See can be reached quickly and easily by bicycle. You can also take beautiful walks in the surrounding mountains.
