At the outskirts of one of the most beautiful winter sports areas in Austria, the ski circus Saalbach-Hinterglemm, you will find this luxurious, small-scale apartment complex in beautiful Viehhofen. Here you will find the peace and convenience of a small village while the large ski area is just around the corner.
From the spacious penthouse located on the third floor you have a magnificent view over the Glemmertal. From the balcony you can see the baby meadow where the lessons for the little ones are given. The house has a cosy living room with fireplace, sitting area, dining area and a luxurious kitchen with all appliances. There are three bedrooms (one of which has two bunk beds), two bathrooms and two large balconies both adjacent to the living room (east side and south side). The penthouse is very suitable for 6 persons. Should you wish to bring one or two children in addition to these 6 people, this can be done on request and in consultation with the owner. There is a garage and parking space on site and a lift in the building. There is a communal ski cellar in the building.
For winter sports enthusiasts, this penthouse has an ideal location. In 2019/2020, a new 10-person gondola lift was built right next to this property. You can step into this lift, called the ZellamseeXpress, to make the crossing to Zell am See-Kaprun and brave Schmittenhöhe in the process. If you are going to ski in the Saalbach area, the descent is also located right next to the house. The lifts of the Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area are easily accessible with the free ski bus. So when you go on a winter sports holiday here, you have 2 wonderful and large skiing areas right at your feet! You only have to walk a short distance, so it is practically a ski-in ski-out location!
But also in other seasons, a stay in this region is more than worthwhile. The incomparable panorama from the Hohe Tauern to the Leogang Steinberge accompanies hikers everywhere through the mountain world of the Glemmtal valley.
