Luxury chalet with private sauna & backyard at Hohe Tauern

The child friendly lodge was newly build in 2022 and has a modern cozy appearance. On the ground floor is the entrance with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The luxurious open kitchen offers all the comforts and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, so this chalet is for example the perfect location to host your family holiday dinner. The large windows provide a beautiful view of the mountains. The spacious balcony surrounds the living room and allows you to catch sun at any time of the day. On this upper floor you will also find the fourth bedroom with bathroom. In the basement you will find the ski storage room and a private sauna to relax after a day of skiing. The entire chalet is made baby/child friendly and includes: toys, games, crib, high chair, potty, safety gate and baby bath.

The chalet is located in the cosy Austrian village of Wald im Pinzgau. It is a quiet location directly at the cross-country ski trail and the Hohe Tauern National Park. The center is within walking distance and has several restaurants, shops and large wellness and child friendly swimming pool. Every morning you can get delicious bread rolls at the local bakery.

Wald is situated between the famous skiing areas of Zillertal Arena, Wildkogel Arena and Kitzbühel. Zillertal Arena and Kitzbühel are ideal for those who want to cover many kilometres on the slopes. The Wildkogel, on the other hand, is ideal for families with children.
Are you a fan of cross-country skiing? Directly at the chalet is the cross-country trail network of 200 km of the Pinzgau valley. In winter, this entire valley is fantastic and has many beautiful things to offer such as the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the longest floodlit toboggan run in the world.

There is also plenty to do in this region in the summer. Because of its location directly on the national park, this location is perfect for many beautiful walks, hikes or mountain bike rides. The garden of the chalet is facing a creek to play or you can take a dip in the Kristall swimming pool or visit the (mini) golf courses. The Hohe Tauern National Park is definitely worth a visit and a great place to unwind
