This luxurious and spacious penthouse is located in the idyllic Werfenweng, also known as one of the 5 Alpine pearls of Austria. You can reach this spacious apartment in just a few minutes from the A10 motorway. From here you can also walk straight into the cosy centre of Werfenweng where you have a wide choice of restaurants and shopping possibilities. The penthouse is situated on the left side and on the top floor of the house.
When you enter the house you will immediately notice the high quality living room with a spacious seating area, cosy dining area and modern open kitchen. From the covered terrace facing south-west, you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the majestic Hochkönig. What could be better than enjoying a delicious breakfast in the Austrian sunshine here in the morning! The three bedrooms are all equipped with delicious box spring beds. In the two bathrooms, you can enjoy pure luxury such as a bath or rain shower and there is a separate toilet. The environment is also taken into account here. An energy-efficient heat pump combined with underfloor heating ensures comfortable heating and hot water in an ecological way.
After an active day in the beautiful surrounding mountain landscape, you can completely unwind in the communal sauna, located in the basement. In winter, you can use the ski storage room with ski boot dryers and in summer this is a bicycle storage room. There are 2 parking spaces available, one of which is covered.
Werfenweng is a very attractive region for both summer and winter holidays. The modern ski resort is perfect for families with its blue, red and black slopes. Looking for more of a challenge? Then visit the largest ski area in Europe; Ski Amadé. Here you will find a total of 270 ski lifts and cable cars and more than 860 km of slopes. Of course, you can also go cross-country skiing in winter (57 km), go hiking or enjoy a ride in a horse-drawn sleigh.
On hot days, take a refreshing dip in the nearby crystal-clear "Wengsee". Hiking, mountain biking, a day out in the area or the city of Salzburg are all possible here.
