The flat is located in the cosy village of Viehhofen, just before the well-known Saalbach-Hinterglemm. There are a few shops and restaurants in Viehhofen. You can order sandwiches at the reception of the nearby Landal Ferienpark and pick them up from 8.00 am. Next to the lift is the Dorfstahl restaurant where you can enjoy tasty food. Moreover, it is very conveniently located between Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Maishofen, near Zell am See and Kaprun.

In the village, you step straight into the ZellamSeeXpress towards Schmittenhöhe. The ski area is not only the largest, but also one of the most modern ski areas in Austria. There are snow cannons that guarantee snow from early December to Easter.

Not only is this area attractive in winter, but even outside this season, the region has a lot to offer. Think mountain biking, rafting and hiking. Take the kids to adventure pool Kapt'n Hook or enjoy a fun day at Lake Zell am See.

In case of heavy snowfall, you may need snow chains to reach the accommodation

Kitchen equipment inadequate, no coffee maker, no toaster among other things. Towels in short supply, some to change would have been nice. Enormous building site activities with corresponding noise around the house was concealed. All in all a spacious and pleasant flat. We felt comfortable.

Very Nice but a minus with the building constructions around the villa. Construction workers started between 6:30-7:00 every morning from monday to friday at our stay.

Beautiful flat with all conveniences. Spacious rooms, nice beds, private bathrooms in the bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, ample crockery. Wifi good and own network per app. Washer and dryer (central) work with € 1, - coins on a timer. Garage provides 2 parking spaces per app. incl. charging point for electric car (via Salzburg AT). Balcony is on the tight side, not suitable for outdoor dining. Currently, the app. complex is located on an unpaved road, so in dry times there is a lot of dust on the balcony due to passing cars. Limited view from balcony due to high trees. Environment offers many activities.
