The terrace faces the sunny south and invites you to enjoy it. In addition, the flat offers 2 parking spaces in the underground garage. In winter, this means you can drive to the slopes in the morning with a car free of ice and snow

In winter, you can quickly reach the valley stations of the Katschberg-Aineck, Grosseck-Speiereck and Fanningberg ski areas. Within 20 minutes by car you are at the lifts of Obertauern, in an area that was recently declared the snowiest and most snow-sure area in Austria. The ski bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away.

The Lungau is a high plateau that lies more than 1,000 m above sea level. The sunny, warm summers and the very snow-secure, cold winters make it a paradise for hikers, cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts. In autumn, mushroom and mushroom hunters get their money's worth. The provinces of Carinthia and Styria are nearby, which means that many and varied excursion options are within reach. Due to this location, excursions to Italy and Slovenia are also possible.
