Wonderful Lodge with large terrace and view of the slopes

This beautiful semi-detached Chalet Doppellodge has a lovely large terrace facing south with fantastic views towards the ski slopes. Within minutes you are on the slopes of the Kreischberg ski area, in a new and modern Alpine holiday resort, in the very versatile holiday region Murau-Kreischberg. The centre of the friendly village of Sankt Lorenzen, with its cosy shops and restaurants, is easily reached on foot.
This holiday home is furnished for 10 people with four bedrooms, one of which has two bunk beds, four bathrooms and three toilets. On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with double fridge, so that you can eat together in your own private atmosphere. The beautiful living room has a cosy fireplace and from the large terrace you have a beautiful view. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with two bunk beds and a separate bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. One of these three bedrooms also has a separate bath and a balcony. The ski storage with ski boot warmer, washing machine, dryer and cloakroom are located in the basement. There is plenty of parking space right in front of the door.
In winter, a fantastic, snow-assured family skiing area with over 40 km of slopes and modern lifts awaits you. The fun park belongs to the absolute world top! Every year, major competitions are held here. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are plenty of opportunities here. Fancy tobogganing? That is also possible here!
In the summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. You will find many nice shops and terraces here. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle the Murradweg here. This is a famous cycling path along the river Mur right through the region. Near the holiday home, there is a fantastic golf course and an outdoor swimming pool with a large sunbathing area.
Both in summer and winter, this region is the ideal place for the active holidaymaker. Experience the peace and quiet as well, because this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism.
