Unique group chalet with central location in Kirchberg

This authentic, detached private chalet is located in a fantastic location in the centre of the popular Kirchberg. Ski lifts, the cosy centre, restaurants and the vibrant après ski bars are all within walking distance. You can leave your car right where it is throughout your holiday! The chalet is 400 years old and was carefully restored in 2010 and 2016 with preservation of the original elements. It will still 'creak' a bit but the atmosphere of the past has been preserved. Yet the chalet is equipped with modern conveniences. There are three floors and no less than eight spacious bedrooms, three modern bathrooms including one with a double shower, a lounge living room on the top floor and an open kitchen with dishwasher. And should you want to do some laundry? Then this is also possible for a small fee. The chalet is ideal for families or friends travelling together!
You occupy the chalet all by yourself and have a lot of privacy. After an active day in the mountains you can completely come to rest in the sauna. In the large garden, children can play undisturbed. There is a large, wooden sun terrace (facing south) with garden furniture and lounge furniture where you can enjoy the sunshine while sipping a glass of wine or an Austrian beer. There is a charging point for electric cars 200 metres from the chalet.
This chalet is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts. The nearby Fleckalmbahn takes you not to just any slopes but to the second largest ski area in Europe! From here, you can quickly cross over to the famous Hahnenkamm (1670 metres) or the Pengelstein (1938 metres).
In summer, Kirchberg is also a wonderful holiday destination. With over 500 kilometres of well-signposted hiking trails, you can take the most beautiful walks here. On a hot day, you can take a refreshing dip in the lake. There are slides, a swimming pool, a paddling pool and a lovely sunbathing area. You can even rent a boat!
