The flat is located on the first floor of Haus Flavon, a traditional Tyrolean country house in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Kitzbühel and with a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser, the Hahnenkamm and the town of Kitzbühel. Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an exposed roof truss with rustic old wood and tasteful furnishings with alpine chic.

The accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Kitzbüheler Horn. A leisurely walk with views of the Kitzbühel mountains takes you directly to the valley station of the Hornbahn cable car. The Hahnenkamm gondola station is also just 3.0 km from the accommodation. For skiing fans, the location is simply fantastic. You can watch the Hahnenkamm race wonderfully from the terrace and have a cosy winter BBQ on the side.

In the low seasons and in summer, you have all kinds of possibilities in Kitzbühel. Whether you want to explore the mountains and alpine pastures on a leisurely hike or prefer to go mountain biking. On cold and rainy days you can relax in the covered swimming pool of the Aquarena or on hot days again stroll along the Schwarzsee and cool off in the healing moor water.

From the accommodation you are only a few minutes' walk directly into the centre of Kitzbühel, where you will find various grocery shops, farm shops, cafés and restaurants and of course luxury shops.

Very good, quiet location. The flat is well furnished. The rooms are big enough. Great view from the large terrace, which is in the sun all day but also has shady areas.
