Quiet holiday apartment, only 500 metres from the ski lift

The holiday apartment is located on the edge of a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes walk from the centre, the indoor swimming pool or the lift station of St. Johann. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance on the 1st floor. A car can be parked right next to the house in a covered carport. There is also access to a lockable storage room for bicycles or skis and waste disposal.
The apartment consists of a spacious entrance hall, three rooms, a kitchen, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. From the living room you can access the large balcony.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2020. The new windows all have electric external blinds (with remote control). The bathroom and WC have also been newly equipped. A baby cot with blanket and head cushion, a high chair and a baby bath are available on request, as well as a dog blanket and feeding bowls.
The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen for 4 persons, towels, bath towels, kitchen towels and wifi.
There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is a washing facility only a 5-minute-walk away
