Detached holiday home not far from Sölden

The detached holiday home Marina is located on the outskirts of Längenfeld/Huben directly on the road to the well-known ski resort Sölden, which is only 9 km away. The village centre is about 500 metres away, the ski bus only 400 metres.
The holiday house is simply and functionally furnished, in the entrance area you can sit in a lobby with comfortable upholstered furniture, the large lounge with comfortable corner benches and chairs offers enough space for all guests. The large kitchen is well equipped with several appliances. On the 1st and 2nd floor there are a total of 12 bedrooms with double beds, single beds and extra beds, all bedrooms are equipped with washbasins and there are 4 showers in total. Two separate toilets are located on the ground floor. There is a ski and boot room with ski boot dryer in the house. The ski bus takes you directly to the nearby ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl. The cross-country ski run is situated in front of the house. Furthermore, there are beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, and the Längenfeld thermal spa is practically on the doorstep. In the Ötztal valley you will find many other recreational opportunities such as climbing, rafting, canyoning and the largest outdoor recreation park in Austria, the popular Area 47.
