The area around the house lends itself perfectly to making beautiful walking and cycling trips. It is a stone's throw from the Dutch border, and in no time you are in the Kempen Nature Park. There are plenty of active, cultural and culinary things to experience here. Together with the children, you can walk the Vlegelpad in Arendonk. The Talander walk through the Hoge Vijvers even won an award! For a good bouncer you have to be at Den Bockenreyder in Esbeek. This cosy restaurant/café is located in the middle of the woods. Truly a unique experience!

De Lieshoeve has all facilities for groups of friends and families. The bedrooms are comfortable, there is a large living room and the kitchen is fully equipped. The garden and roof are second to none, spacious and lots of nice places to have a fire or play a game. The welcome by Eric was warm and there was even something nice ready for us. We would definitely come back.

We had a great weekend in this super nice house. Everywhere around you you see art and cosy corners with nice seats. The owner is very relaxed and had a drink board ready and beautiful flowers on the table. Very creative rocking chairs and a cool hot tub. Especially with older children or adults really super location!

First impression. Where do we end up? But after a warm welcome and information about the house, the worries were gone and turned into enthusiasm. Grandchildren and children had everything that made the stay enjoyable. It lacked nothing in terms of games and playroom and for the culinary activities. Forest environment for wonderful walks and bike rides. It was great for our family of eleven.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Lieshoeve! Good and friendly contact with the owner, he even put up blackout curtains because we came with children who still needed a nap during the day. A dining table big enough for the whole family, an outdoor area with a wonderful view, and a fireplace that allows you to sit outside even when the sun is gone. We certainly enjoyed it!

Nice spacious house where also the children can enjoy themselves inside and outside. Lovely beds and beautiful spacious bathroom, with gigantic bathtub! The surroundings are also nice for walking.
