cosy house with large garden, beautiful and quiet location

A little hidden away in the middle of the Brabant countryside, amidst meadows and woods, you will find this holiday home. You enter the plot through an entrance gate and then a nice long driveway leads to the house. You immediately notice the gigantic garden, which is also completely fenced in. The house is characteristic on the outside with its green wooden shutters next to the small square windows. Inside, the house is equipped with all sorts of things to make guests comfortable. Turn on the radio and grab a company game from the cupboard. Take ample time to cook, there are plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils on hand for some good cooking. Or grab a warm rug from the closet and plop down in one of the armchairs with a good book. In short, a place where you can relax and take your time. On the ground floor, in addition to an open-plan living/dining room and the open-plan kitchen, you will find a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, spacious shower and double washbasin. On the first floor, you have 3 bedrooms. The landing is secured with stair gates and equipped with a cot.

Near the house is a shed where you can safely store your own bikes. And there are places around the house where you can sit, even a covered terrace from which you can look out into the large garden.

There are many recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity, such as the Oisterwijkse fen area, De Kampina nature reserve and the Loonse and Drunense Dunes. You will find many beautiful walking and cycling routes here. A must is a visit to the cosy Oisterwijk, with its many terraces and restaurants, or the capital of Brabant, Den Bosch, with its old and atmospheric city centre. Fun trips with the children are the Efteling (26km) and the Beekse Bergen (18km). At a distance of 6km from the house is a large recreational lake 'De IJzeren Man', where you can swim, pedal boats, row and sail in summer.
