From this centrally located houseboat with air conditioning you can discover a lot of the surrounding area. You are between Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Haarlem and also on the Uitgeestermeer and close to the dunes, sea and mountains.

The houseboat feels like a cosy, nicely furnished floating flat. The convenience of a dishwasher may not be present and the WiFi signal is not as strong as at home, but otherwise you will lack little. You can make delicious coffee with the Nespresso coffee machine, cook on the 2-burner induction cooker, the Smart TV in the living room lets you enjoy all radio and TV channels and the 'master' bedroom has 2 box spring beds. The other bedroom has a bunk bed. This houseboat has air conditioning and that can of course be very pleasant in the summer.

There is plenty to do in the area. The park is located close to the sea/beach, nice towns such as Volendam and Monnickendam on the Markermeer. There is a bistro and brasserie in the harbour, as well as a bicycle and boat rental service. From here, you can cycle and sail to nice places on the Uitgeestermeer or a little further away, such as the Zaanse Schans or the North-Holland Dune Reserve
