Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Check-in at Rooms. Nevsky 23 is carried out through the hostel Friends on Bankovsky at Bankovsky pereulok 3. Upon check-in, Russian citizens must present a Russian passport. A foreign passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is valid only for guests permanently residing abroad. Children under the age of 14 require a birth certificate. Guests under the age of 18 must also have written consent from one of their legal representatives (parent, adoptive parent, guardian). Foreign citizens must present a passport, migration card or visa. Registration of foreign citizens costs 250.00 RUB. From April 4, 2025, major repairs to the roof and façade of building 23 on Nevsky Prospekt will begin. Most of the courtyard area will be used as a construction camp for the duration of the work. The façade on the Nevsky Prospekt side will be covered with a construction net. The official completion date for the work is November 2025.
