Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. In the apartments, check-in is done through the administrator. The administrator is available for check-in and check-out from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guests must contact the apartment in advance (5-7 days before check-in) to receive check-in instructions and make a prepayment. If the guest refuses to make a prepayment or a deposit for the safety of the property, the administration has the right to request the cancellation of the reservation. Check-in at night (from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM) is possible for an additional fee. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. If it is not possible to contact the administrator by phone, the guest can send their question to WhatsApp. The administrator gives out a remote control for the barrier upon check-in.
