Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Children under 14 can only be accommodated with an adult accompanying them, with written consent and a birth certificate. Children from 14 to 18 years old can stay at the hotel without accompanying persons, but also with written consent and with their own passport. The rent of a set of bed linen and two towels is paid additionally: RUB 300.00. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the balcony. The apartment is not rented for parties and noisy companies. There are two types of check-in at the accommodation facility: check-in directly at the apartment address or through the office. A deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit is refunded within 24 hours after cleaning the apartment.
