Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Prior to check-in, guests are required to pay a security deposit by transfer to a bank card. The apartments are self-check-in and check-out. On the day of check-in, instructions will be sent to allow guests to check in on their own. Before this time, guests must send a passport photo to make a reservation, pay the rest of the payment and a security deposit. Due to the fact that the settlement is contactless, the balance of payment and deposit is accepted by transfer to a card or by phone number. The deposit is returned on the day of departure after cleaning, by transfer to a card or by phone number provided by the guest. Guests must follow the rules of residence and observe silence in the evening and at night. Guests are required to communicate their expected arrival time in advance by telephone or via the booking website.
