Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the property in advance of the estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly. If you expect to arrive outside of reception opening hours you are kindly requested to inform the property in advance. After booking you will receive an email from the property which will specify the instructions for the payment and collecting the keys., A final cleaning is included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen - EUR 13 per person Laundry package small: (bath towel, 2 hand towels, bed linen) EUR 22.00 per person Large laundry package: (like the small package, but with a sauna towel) EUR 24 per person Linen service - EUR 5.00 per bed for already clean sheets on the bed and made duvet (for a double bed the service costs EUR 10). Stripping of the beds is included in the price. Fire wood with kindling - 7.50 EUR per sack. Managed by a private host.
