Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 23:00. After booking, guests are required to contact the property for check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. For left garbage and dirty dishes, guests will be charged a fine of RUB 1000.00, the amount will be deducted from the deposit made upon arrival. A complete ban on smoking in the apartment, a fine of RUB 5000.00. Upon check-in, a deposit of RUB 5000.00 is paid. It will be returned within 24 hours after check-out. Guests are additionally charged a final cleaning fee of RUB 3000.00. When staying with pets, an additional fee of RUB 3000.00 is charged.
