This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Electric usage is not included in the price and will be charged at 7 baht/kw (only for a Three-bedroom apartment). Water usage is included in the price. Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. The cost is 1800 baht per time. Cleaning includes linen and towel change.
