This Hotel is located inside the international departure (also known as transit area or airside) at Guarulhos International Airport - Terminal 3. Thus, only guests with international trips scheduled for the day before or the day of accommodation will have access to the Hotel, STRICTLY under the following conditions: Guests departing in international flights must have on hand the boarding pass (flight check-in via web applicable), and only carry hand luggage. Check with your airline about the advance to accept the baggage as access to the international departure is not allowed with baggage to be checked. Guests in connection for international flights should have their baggage thru-checked to the international destination and printed boarding pass, and stay in the transit area. Passengers arriving from international flights who have baggage to be returned at carousels, or passengers departing on domestic flight may not access the hotel. To access the area where the hotel is located, bags should already be dispatched and boarding pass in hand. After boarding, go through the X-Ray and the Federal Police, head in the Free Shop's aisle to the Swarowisk Stand, take the glass elevator, and get off at Floor 1. You've arrived at the hotel. If you do not have your boarding pass or your bags have not been dispached, request the cancellation of your reservation.
