Staff will contact guests directly for payment instructions. If booking is cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. Please note that refund will be processed through bank transfer, therefore transfer fee may apply. Villa Kalisat is located on a hillside and therefore accessibility can be a problem for disabled guests. The property offers a free shuttle to Ubud departing at 10:00 daily.
