A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please advise Villa Teresa of estimated arrival time if you intend to arrive after 20:00. If you arrive after 21:00 you may have to pay a small additional charge. A damage deposit of 100 EUR is payable on arrival. This will be reimbursed on check-out as long as your apartment has been left in good condition. Villa Teresa's pool is open from May to October. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
