Guests will receive an email with special check-in instructions. Key collection is available at the main office, located at Calle Guatemala 4, local J, Viña del Mar Shopping Center Playa de las Américas. Or, guests arriving after hours may choose to check in at the apartment directly with payment of a late check-in fee. Guests must contact this property in advance to arrange check-in. This property offers complimentary self-service check-in for guests arriving after 10 PM. Staff assistance with check-in is available from 10 PM to 2 AM (late check-in fee applies), and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
