Please inform The Hart Street Residence No. 2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all guests must arrange their arrival with the property manager before their check-in date. Check-in after 19:00 is possible for a small additional fee subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Guests will be met by a member of staff at the apartment. Please note the lead guest must be 25 years and older.
