Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Guests need to call the facility and agree on the time of check-in. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them). The manager meets and accommodates guests in person from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If guests arrive sooner or later, they additionally pay for the manager's arrival. No additional fee is charged for check-in or check-out between 09:00 AM and 10:00 PM; from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM and from 10:00 PM to 00:00 AM an additional fee of RUB 500.00 is charged; from 00:00 AM to 07:00 AM an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 is charged. When the guests leave, the manager checks the accommodation facility and returns the deposit.
