A security deposit of SGD 300 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. The same card should be presented upon arrival to settle the SGD 300. The property does not accept cash.
Apartments are allocated based on the availability upon check-in.

Guests are required to contact the property to declare the purpose of the stay prior to check-in. This property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identification, travel itinerary, and other relevant information if their purpose of stay is to serve Stay-Home-Notice (SHN).
