【Age of children and room capacity】
Children aged 0-6 can stay for free of charge, while children aged 7 and over are treated the same as adults and 100% of the room rate applies.
If the number of guests aged 7 and over exceeds the room capacity, the property will not be able to accommodate them. Please check the room capacity and make sure to make the correct reservation.

【Bed type cannot be specified】
The property can not specify the bed type for you. Please make sure to book the correct room type and bed type.

【No smoking in All areas in the property】
Smoking is not permitted in the entire building, including the balconies. A penalty fee will be charged if smoking is found.

【Accommodation tax】
In accordance with Fukuoka City regulations, accommodation tax will be charged separately from the room rate upon check-in from April 2020 onwards.
If the room rate for one night is JPY 19,999 or less: JPY 200 per person per night.
Room rate per night over JPY 20,000: JPY 500 per person per night.
