The deposit is paid to a bank card before check-in to the apartment. Deducted from the deposit: cost of bed linen and towels with permanent stains, cost of dry cleaning, odor removal, any repair work due to the guest's fault, RUB 500.00 for dirty dishes, food, groceries left behind, RUB 500.00 for a dirty oven, RUB 300.00 for garbage left behind, RUB 1000.00 for a 15-30 minute delay in cleaning after check-out. For any violation of the rules of residence specified in the description, including smoking, unauthorized late check-out, accommodation of more guests than stated, accommodation with animals, delay in cleaning after check-out for more than half an hour, a fine in the amount of the deposit is withheld. The nearest bus stop is Mamaika. From the stop, guests need to walk along the river, after the barrier, turn right into the yard. Access to the entrance is by an individual intercom code.
