Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 23:00. Check-in is contactless. Guests are kindly requested to contact the property in advance to receive a code. The code can be obtained until 11:00 PM. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. If guests cannot reach the property by phone, they can send their inquiries via WhatsApp. Check-in with the received code is available 24/7. Guests are charged an additional fee for final cleaning. A deposit is provided. Payment for cleaning and making a deposit are possible only by bank card using a link from the operator. The deposit is refunded after 10:00 PM on the day of departure. The time of crediting funds may vary and depends on the serving bank.
