Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are provided by prior agreement and are charged separately. A deposit of RUB 5000.00 is paid before check-in; the deposit is refunded on the day of departure, after cleaning. The guest undergoes electronic verification by passport using the check-in service, where an electronic contract is signed. Final cleaning after check-out is paid additionally.
