A guarantee deposit of 200 EUR per apartment will be charged on the day of arrival and should be payed by cheque or credit card. Reception opening hours until 16/11/2014: Sunday to Friday: 08:30 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. Saturday: 08:00 to 21:00. From 11/04/2015 until 10/05/2015: Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 Wednesday: closed. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Until 16/11/2014 and from 11/04/2015 until 10/05/2015, for stays of 7 nights or more, the price includes: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), bed sheets, towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel), a TV, 1 dish towel, 1 bath mat and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes). Beds made upon arrival, mid-week housekeeping and a cleaning kit matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra cost. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in takes place from 14:00 and check-out is possible until 17:00 (subject to availability, otherwise 12:00). The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at an extra charge (subject to availability). The kit includes: a folding bed, high chair, pushchair, changing mat. The outdoor swimming pool is open from April and heated from June to September. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
