For winter 2014, room rates include: accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), TV, bed sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning fee (except the kitchen area and washing up). For short stays (2 nights minimum), beds are made upon arrival and check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out should be before 12:00 (according to availability, they may be possible until 17:00). For week stays (7 nights minimum), beds can be made upon arrival for an extra cost per person. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available at the property at an additional cost of EUR 40.
