Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Electronic check-in and signing of the rental agreement are carried out using a remote check-in service. Self check-in is available at any convenient time. Access codes and check-in instructions must be obtained by 10:00 PM. The administrator is available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in assistance after 11:00 PM is subject to an additional charge starting from RUB 1500.00. A security deposit must be paid before arrival; it will be refunded on the day of departure immediately after cleaning, provided that the rental rules have not been violated. If a deep cleaning is required after departure, its cost will be deducted from the security deposit. When booking, please indicate the exact number of guests. Every child, regardless of age, counts as a separate guest. For stays longer than 10 days, cleaning is arranged separately and is paid for additionally. Please check the cleaning fee in advance.
