Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Opening hours: Monday to Saturday — from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM; Sunday from 11:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Persons under the age of 18 can only stay with their parents. The conditions for early/late check-in/check-out are negotiated individually. It is possible to provide accounting documents. It is possible to stay with pets upon agreement for an additional fee, subject to compliance with the rules.
