Know Before You Go

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.

• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: EUR 6 per person (approximately)
• Valet parking fee: EUR 5 per day
• Pet fee: EUR 25 per pet, per stay (maximum EUR 45 per stay) plus EUR 20 one-time cleaning fee
• Late check-in fee for check-in after 9 AM
• Late check-out fee: EUR 45 (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 25 every 7 days
• Air conditioning fee: EUR 20 per day
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 25 per stay
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 10 per day

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 0.80 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 45 per accommodation, per week

• Seasonally adjusted heating fee: EUR 20 per accommodation, per night
