This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Minimum age to book is 21 years old. We require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers licence, or a passport with address proof (utility bill), which is taken offline through a third party link. A noise monitor is present, which can only detect the decibels in the property, to prevent parties. Remove or alter surveillance camera/ noise monitor at the property will result your deposit not being returned. 10am is check-out time, we offer a 3-hour later check-out for 1pm, if this better suits your stay with us, for a small fee of £30, subject to availability. Our customer service team closes at 10pm, it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in.
