Front desk opening hours 13:00 - 19:30. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A surcharge of EUR 10.00 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Pets are only allowed in the double room. Admission conditions Access and/or permanence of people in the establishment will be prevented in the following cases: - When the established capacity has been completed with the guests who are inside the establishment. - When the closing time of the different sales areas (reception and pool) has been exceeded. - Access to the reception areas in a bathing suit is not permitted, as well as in the noble areas of the Hotel. - When the minimum age established to access the establishment is not met, according to current regulations. - When the person does not meet minimum hygiene conditions. - When the person displays violent attitudes, especially when they behave aggressively or cause disturbances, cause dangerous situations or discomfort to other attendees or service personnel, as well as against the facilities, equipment and objects of the Hotel. - When the person carries weapons and objects that can be used as such, unless, in accordance with the provisions of the specific applicable regulations at any given time, they are members of the Security Forces and Corps or private escorts integrated into private companies and access the establishment in the exercise of their functions. - When the person is consuming drugs or psychotropic substances or shows symptoms of having consumed them and those who show signs or obvious behavior of being intoxicated. Likewise, it will be cause for expulsion if they cause malicious damage to the facilities, scandal, noise, especially in response to complaints from other users whose peace and privacy it disturbs. In such cases, the Hotel may resort to the assistance of the agents of the competent police authority. - It will also be cause for expulsion if people who are in perfect mental condition, harass, intimidate or humiliate the service personnel. - Access to persons accompanied by animals is prohibited, except for persons accompanied by guide dogs in accordance with the provisions of the law on the use of guide dogs by visually impaired persons or with written authorisation from the reception team. - The introduction of movable objects other than those normally used by hotel guests will not be permitted in the rooms. Electrical or gas appliances will not be permitted in the rooms, with the sole exception of those for personal hygiene such as shavers, hair dryers, etc., as well as personal computers and similar appliances. - In the event that guests have enjoyed any drinks or services from the Hotel and are subject to expulsion for the reasons set out above, the person responsible is obliged to pay for the drinks and services, as well as the costs for any damage caused. Rules of coexistence and operation - Clients are obliged to pay the amount of the contracted services at the time of presentation of the invoice, which, in the case of accommodation services, will be at the time of check-in. The amount paid for the contracted services will not be refunded if the Clients decide to interrupt their stay. - The provisions of Article 7 of Law 07/2012 (“Limitations on cash payments”) apply and, consequently, transactions with an amount equal to or greater than EUR 1000.00 or its equivalent in foreign currency cannot be paid in cash, either in whole or in part. - The Hotel may request a prior guarantee of payment by debit/credit card for the contracted services, both for the entire reservation and for the extras, as well as for any damage that may be caused to the facilities or equipment of the Hotel. - The rooms of the Hotel are not designed for smoking. If guests smoke during the stay, the Hotel will charge a cleaning fee of EUR 50.00. - Check-ins outside of reception hours are subject to request and availability. - Check-ins outside reception hours (13:00-19:30) will be charged an additional EUR 10.00. - People other than those registered will not be allowed to enter the hotel. - More people than those contracted for a room will not be allowed to stay. In this case, the rate set for the corresponding use will be paid. - The Hotel is not responsible for any possible loss or theft of money or objects in its facilities. - The Client must leave the keys to their room at reception when leaving the Hotel. - The hotel working day begins at 13:00 noon on the first day of the contracted period and ends at 10:00 in the morning on the day indicated as the departure date. Any extension of the occupancy for a period longer than that described, without prior agreement or contracting of the appropriate services, will result in the obligation to pay one more day on top of the room price. The Client has the unavoidable obligation to register at the Hotel upon arrival and to register his/her departure once his/her reservation has been completed, respecting the check-in and check-out times indicated above. - Smoking is not permitted throughout the establishment except in designated areas. - It is not permitted to bring in food or drinks purchased outside the establishment for consumption inside the Hotel. - Clients will be responsible for any damage caused to the facilities or equipment of the Hotel, and must pay the costs for any damage caused. - When leaving the room, clients are obliged to turn off all water taps, as well as turn off the lights in the room and close the door properly. - Furthermore, any false activation of the fire alarm will result in a charge of EUR 1500.00 to the person responsible, as well as any other damages caused. In the event of improper use of extinguishing agents, a charge of EUR 275.00 will be made. The use of candles in the Hotel rooms is prohibited. - Clients are obliged to present their identification and admission document when requested by the service staff. - From 22:00 in all rooms the acoustic volume must be moderated. Guests must respect the night silence in the corridors and on the stairs. From 00:00, Clients are asked to remain absolutely silent. Any action that is annoying to the rest of the Hotel Clients must be avoided. - Room cleaning will be carried out from 09:00 to 13:00. Guests who do not make their rooms available during these hours will not have their rooms cleaned. - Minors must always be accompanied by an adult within the hotel premises. - Towels in the rooms are for personal hygiene purposes only and are not permitted to be taken out of the room. The pool is seasonal: 1 May to 31 August. Air conditioning will only be available in summer and heating in winter. One of the double rooms is only accessible by stairs to the basement floor. If guests are travelling by bike, they should send the hotel a message so that they can reserve a place to store the bike. Bike parking is limited. All arrivals outside reception hours are subject to availability.
