At the apartments, foreign guests can undergo free registration of temporary stay or receive advice on the necessary documents for an independent visit to the Citizenship and Migration Department. If facts of violation are established, it is possible to bring the competent authorities to administrative responsibility (an explanation at local law enforcement centers and the payment of a significant fine).
