Les citoyens russes doivent être en possession d’un passeport russe à leur arrivée. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 21:00. When traveling with children, guests must have the child's birth certificate and the consent of legal representatives if the guest is not a parent. Foreign citizens must have the following: - passport (identity document) - migration card - visa (if necessary) - residence permit (if necessary) - tear-off temporary registration coupon (if staying in the Russian Federation for more than 3 days). Early check-in is available at an additional cost and subject to availability. In case of arrival after 10:00 PM, local hostel time, guests must inform the hostel in advance. According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
