There are two options for access to the apartment, depending on the property: — keys are in the mini safe; — electronic code lock. Booking conditions: Late check-in after 10:00 PM is possible at an additional cost: From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM — RUB 250.00; After 12:00 AM — RUB 500.00. The price includes: — Bed linen and towels, as well as toiletries for the first time of stay; — High-speed unlimited Wi-Fi. A refundable security deposit is charged to ensure the safety of the property. The deposit is returned on the day of departure, after the flat has been cleaned, by transfer via the Quick Payment System before 06:00 PM. It is obligatory to bring your passport for identification at check-in. Observance of house rules is obligatory. — It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes and hookah, including on the balcony. For violation of the rule is charged a fine of RUB 5000.00. — The apartment is not available for entertaining, including birthdays. — Accommodation with animals is not allowed. — It is forbidden to disturb the peace of the neighbouring flats, guests must observe the silence regime from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. — No third party accommodation is allowed, exceeding the number of guests specified in the booking, unless agreed in advance. Reporting documents are available for an additional fee upon prior agreement. The amount of the fee will be included in the electronic cheque, which will allow the accounting department to reimburse this extra charge. In case of early departure, the amount paid for the accommodation is non-refundable.
